If you ask me, these stoner-rock Kyuss Jr. Sabbath pretender SnoreCore rockers just do not have much going for them. With a sound that Kyuss rejected for something more original, refreshing and unique, Roadsaw cuts through the originality to give you ten generic pieces of pothole laden asphalt that are about as interesting as the rural highways in northern Nevada. Presumably if you smoke enough of that marijuana substance, you will no longer have the energy to note that this music is going nowhere and doing it with very little passion. This is more like ninety-nine cents.

A rather forgettable and dull excursion into the world of Kyuss-meets-Southern Rock. Roadsaw tries their very best to be heavy and rockin', but unfortunately their songwriting just isn't up to the task. I don't know if I should blame it on tempo choice, lack of defining riffs or inability to really sell the melody, but nothing on this disc leaps out at me. At the same time, I don't want to be too harsh on Roadsaw as they sound like they're trying very, very hard. Sadly, a disc lacking inspiration results in an uninspired review. Hopefully next time, boys.
